Nelson and I purchased at Vintage point because we fell in love with the look of the community.

We were house shopping in the neighborhood and Nelson spotted the community from Federal Hwy and we thought it looked great.  When we entered the community we noticed it was not one of those HUGE townhouse or condominium communities, but rater a nice small, intimate one with a European look and feel.

The community was well kept, had a pool, landscaping was very nice, but not over done. 

Once we saw the model we really liked the layout.  We were looking for a nice townhouse, but a must was the two car garage, which these have. 

Our purchase experience was excellent with your help, and we closed in record time which we also wanted, no need to wait to have the house built.  It was ready to move in…again a key point.

We are very pleased with our purchase, the location was perfect, Lighthouse Point is a wonderful, small community, and east of Federal Hwy which was also a must for us.

We love it here!
